    To develop, promote and administer educational activities/programs on behalf of the FEA;
    ensure program goals and objectives are consistent with the FEA ideals and purpose;
    ensure the work plan and resource requirements are sufficient to meet the program goals; and
    evaluate program accomplishments and make recommended changes.
