The Interfraternity Institute develops informed, committed and connected leadership, grounded in purpose and principle, for the Greek life movement. The Interfraternity Institute continues to be an extraordinary experience in the development of fraternity professionals, both campus and headquarters.

2012 Field Staff Conference
Date: July 23-25, 2012
Location: Hilton Hotel Downtown, Indianapolis, IN
The conference aims to enhance the development of interfraternal relationships, understanding of the deeper meaning of Greek life, and incorporation of theories, skills and techniques that will benefit consultants while traveling.
The curriculum includes:
• Team building for chapter retreats
• Consulting and facilitation skills
• Working through resistance skills
• Presentation skills (practicum format)
• Staying mentally, physically and spiritually healthy on the road
• Working with volunteers and campus professionals
