Interfraternity Board Institute
The Interfraternity Board Institute is an annual workshop for the executive directors
of college fraternal organizations
and newly-elected board members with three or fewer years experience. Funded by the Fraternity Executives
Association (FEA), this engaging learning experience explores strategies to strengthen relationships and enhance
your board’s performance.
With the help of skilled workshop leaders, organizations will build a high performing board that understands its
role, fulfills its responsibilities, demonstrates visionary leadership, and leads our organizations to new heights. Each
session combines theory with best practices in the field to help you get up to speed fast. Through case studies,
lectures and small group discussion, you will explore issues relevant to nonprofit governance and your particular
organization. Through interacting with other leaders in the fraternal world, you will gain a better understanding
of the “big picture” of the Greek movement and make important life-long contacts that will benefit you and your
organization for years to come.
